Jacquelyn R. Trotman is currently attending Syracuse University and studying to earn a B.S. in Retail Management and a B.S. in Advertising. She is also in the Renée Crown Honors Program and a Whitman Leadership Scholar. One of my greatest privileges has been being able to take my educational experiences outside of the classroom and all around the world! TRIGGER WARNING On May 3, 2017 - I discovered that I was 'spotting' after using the restroom. I immediately called a close friend/colleague of mine and told her what just happened. She instructed me to go the Emergency Room (ER) to make sure that I was alright. Let me restate that in another way, to make sure that my baby was alright. I immediately got dressed and began calling 'the father of our child' and told him what was going on and that I was on my way to the ER. (P
